Sales Rep - San Diego, CA

Reports to:? Local Sales Manager
Pay Structure: Commission?

Applicable experience (desired but not required):

  • Outside sales experience
  • High dollar item/service sales
  • Experience utilizing sales tracking software and/or CRM systems
  • Technical aptitude for mechanical equipment and/or experience in the plumbing market

Responsibilities include:

  • Qualify leads generated through traditional marketing efforts
  • Generate leads through non-traditional marketing efforts
  • Schedule and conduct in-home or on-site appointments
  • Accurately assess a client?s needs and provide estimates based on those needs
  • Use proven techniques to close sales on the spot
  • Contract completion
  • Collection of payment at completion of process application
  • Maintain up-to-date files in online database to allow for proper reporting of activities and sales

Skills required include:

  • The ability to develop relationships of trust with clients by communicating and demonstrating knowledge of the market and our technology
  • Strong time management and proven track record of self-motivation and initiative
  • Attention to detail, the willingness to do whatever it takes to do the job RIGHT, and ability to fully complete sales and collection process
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Solid PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Potable Lining Crew Leader - San Diego, CA & Sarasota, FL

Reports to:? Field Manager
Pay Structure: Commission?

Applicable experience (but not required):

  • Knowledge of domestic water plumbing systems
  • Knowledge and know-how of operating leak detection equipment
  • General plumbing skills
  • Residential and or commercial client service

Responsibilities include:

  • Know the steps from beginning to end of the pipe lining process
  • Keep equipment in good working condition
  • Location (tracing) water lines to get accurate lengths and appropriate sizes of water system
  • Communicate plumbing-, equipment-, lining issues with supervisors
  • Demonstrate safety and maintain a safe work environment for myself, co-workers and the client
  • Have an understanding of grit, size/make and their uses
  • Have an understanding of the characteristics of the epoxy coating
  • Have an understanding of air flow and how it works as a medium to transport grit and epoxy
  • Have knowledge of the equipment and how it operates
  • Keep up-to-date paperwork for the projects and timecards
  • Order all materials and parts for each project
  • Inspect projects in their entirety to ensure clients are satisfied with the work completed

Skills required include:

  • The ability to develop relationships of trust with clients by communicating and demonstrating knowledge of our process and by looking out for their needs as you proceed with your work
  • Management abilities in association with crew, co-workers and deadlines

Potable Lining Technician - San Diego, CA & Sarasota, FL

Reports to:? Crew Leader
Pay Structure: Hourly

Applicable experience (but not required):

  • General plumbing skills
  • Working knowledge of potable water systems (indoor plumbing)
  • Team work
  • Customer service
  • Proven strong work ethic

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with crew leader to ensure supply stock is kept up daily
  • Ensure assigned equipment is kept clean and well-functioning, doing simple repairs and part replacements as needed
  • Ensure truck is kept clean at all times
  • Conduct equipment safety checks as instructed by crew leader
  • Perform jobsite prep including:
    • Apply tarp and carpet mask
    • Unload truck into work areas in neat, orderly fashion
    • Fill trash cans with water for toilet usage
    • Remove angle stops and install Chicago fittings
  • Maintain neat work environment for safety of workers and clients
  • Set up equipment as instructed by crew leader
  • Keep up-to-date paperwork for projects and timecards
  • Assist crew leader in any way necessary to ensure the job is done correctly and efficiently

Skills required include:

  • The ability to work as a member of a team
  • Ability to work under strict timelines
  • Attention to detail and the willingness to do whatever it takes to do the job RIGHT

Drain Lining Crew Leader - San Diego, CA

Reports to:? Field Manager
Pay Structure: Commission?

Applicable experience (but not required):

  • Knowledge of sewer/drain systems
  • Knowledge and know-how of operating video inspection equipment
  • General plumbing skills
  • Residential and or commercial client service

Responsibilities include:

  • Know the steps from beginning to end of the sewer/drain lining process
  • Keep equipment in good working condition
  • Draw complete plot plans of the system to ensure proper installation can occur
  • Communicate plumbing-, equipment-, lining issues with supervisors
  • Demonstrate safety and maintain a safe work environment for myself, co-workers and the client
  • Have an understanding of the characteristics of the epoxy in relation to lining
  • Have knowledge of the equipment and how it operates
  • Keep up-to-date paperwork for the projects and timecards
  • Order all materials and parts for each project
  • Inspect projects in their entirety to ensure clients are satisfied with the work completed

Pay Structure: Hourly

Applicable experience (but not required):

  • General plumbing skills
  • Working knowledge of drain/sewer systems
  • Team work
  • Customer service
  • Proven strong work ethic

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with crew leader to ensure daily supply stock is kept up
  • Ensure assigned equipment is kept clean and well functioning, doing simple repairs and part replacements as needed
  • Ensure truck is kept clean at all times
  • Conduct equipment safety checks as instructed by crew leader
  • Perform jobsite prep including:
    • Safely transport camera and diagnostic equipment on and off the truck
    • Safely transport jetter equipment on and off the truck
    • Properly set up liner equipment
    • Stage area for liner prep
  • Maintain neat work environment for safety of workers and clients
  • Keep up-to-date paperwork for projects and time cards
  • Assist crew leader in any way necessary to ensure the job is done correctly and efficiently

  • Ability to work under strict timelines
