A “One Stop Shop”
Nu Flow is the only company in the industry to offer complete inside infrastructure
protection to our customers. Our pipe lining process stops corrosion and
leaks caused by treated city water interacting with your copper or lead
pipes, thereby reducing heavy metals in your water and preventing further
leaks. The Nu Flow water filter purifies water before it reaches any fixture
or faucet, preventing exposure harmful chemical additives and
toxic heavy metals. Safe water not only means that chemicals and metals
will no longer be absorbed through the skin of users, but you’ll
enjoy water from every tap that tastes ‘better than bottled.’
Highest Quality Materials
Most lining companies purchase their equipment and epoxies from outside
manufacturers, and in order to control costs those manufactures may alter
the quality of their epoxy, which means the most lining companies have
little or no control over the quality of the product they are installing.
Nu Flow both manufactures and
installs our own patented products with equipment we specially develop
for epoxy applications. This allows us to ensure the highest quality materials
are used, at less cost to you. Nu Flow’s ongoing research and development
ensures we stay ahead of the technological curve in order to bring the
best available products in the marketplace to our customers.
Nu Flow uses fumed silica based fillers, versus heavier clay-like materials. Although
it is more expensive to manufacture, the result is a more pliable, flexible
epoxy which resists cracking from external pressures such as seismic movement
or freezing ground. The epoxy barrier coating used by Nu Flow is UL classified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 and commercial America Water Works Association (AWWA) / ANSI/AWWA Standard
C210-92 is approved by IAPMO, ASTM, and is UPC-listed. Unlike our competitors,
Nu Flow is the exclusive sub-licensee of the epoxy which was patented by the
U.S. Navy in 1986 for use in potable water systems in the United States.
This is the same epoxy which was used not only to line the pipes of vessels
in the U.S. Navy Fleet, but also in government facilities and housing
throughout the country.
Quality Installation
Nu flow takes the extra steps necessary to help ensure the process is
performed correctly. All crews undergo rigorous training, both in our
training facilities and in the field, before taking on a project. Crews
trace and map out pipe infrastructures in the home prior to installation
so they are familiar with and understand the entire scope of what the
process will entail.
We use flow meters to check flow volume and conduct tests
before and after the process in order to prevent clogs. We use borascopes
(mini cameras) to find manifolds and aid in epoxy inspection to alleviate
or prevent application issues.
Camera lines are used after the job to inspect the work we’ve completed
and ensure quality of installation.
Respect for our Customers
Nu flow requires that all technicians wear booties to keep your property
clean. Floors are protected with drop carpets and carpets are protected
with Visclean, a saran wrap type material. We take extra care to leave
your property the way we found it, taking all restoration
and labor materials with us when we go. You’ll never know we were
there at all. All crews speak English, ensuring ease of communication
and complete understanding.
The Most Field Experience
The Nu Flow companies have successfully completed pipe restoration work
for customers in North America and around the world in applications ranging
from domestic water piping, HVAC and drain systems, to underground utilities
and lead service piping. Our principals have combined experience of over
60 years in the epoxy pipe lining industry. That’s nearly twice
the experience of any other lining company in the industry today. Restored
piping work includes riser assemblies in multi-unit/multi-level apartments
and buildings, single/multi-level duplex residential tract development
domestic piping, underground water mains and laterals, industrial and
institutional piping, welded shipboard piping, and food service piping
systems.
We’ve epoxy-lined some very prestigious locations,
including the US Capital Building, the U.S. Naval Academy, and Donald
Trump’s Maralago resort. We have a list of over a hundred references
with phone numbers because our track record shows that our customers are
our best references and source of referrals.
Nu Flow has the highest job success rate of any lining
company in the industry today and has the largest base of installers worldwide.
Our success is directly attributable to the rigorous training of our installers,
product research and development, and 24/7 technical support – unequaled
standards in the pipe lining industry.
No job is too big or too small for Nu Flow. We can line
any pipe, any place, any time.
Commitment to Research
and Development
Nu Flow spends approximately $1 million dollars each year in research
and development on improvements not only to our patented product line
and materials, but toward the creation of innovative products geared toward
advancing technological development within the pipe lining industry. By
leading the industry in the technology curve, Nu Flow can ensure that
our customers receive the absolute best products available in the market
today, and the most knowledgeable installers of those products.
Certified Plumbers for
Installers
Nu Flow installers exclusively are certified plumbers who are familiar
with and understand traditional plumbing systems, as well as being additionally
trained both in the classroom and the field in the use and application
of Nu Flow products and materials. Ask our competition if they can meet
these standards.
Environmentally Sensitive
Pipes are restored – not dumped in landfills, and all materials
and products used by Nu Flow meet or exceed environmental and governmental
requirements and national safety standards.
