Cameron Manners, President and CEO
Mr. Manners has over fifteen years experience in product research and development and company management, and he has worked in the pipelining industry since 1993. Mr. Manners is the suthor of two US patents used in Nu Flow's lining solutions, with two additioanl patents pending.
Mr. Manners’ biography includes completion of a full Sheet Metal five-year apprenticeship installing heating and air conditioning for nuclear power plants, as well as in high-security facilities and government buildings. He started in the sewer and drain rehabilitation industry in 1993 with D.M. Robichaud, in Oshawa, Ontario, and by 1994, successfully developed and installed one of the first mainline and small-diameter spot repair systems ever performed in the marketplace. Mr. Manners rose quickly through the company of 20 employees. He secured a management position and was the only employee to earn an L1A work visa to run large projects (i.e., the Spruance plant in Richmond, Virginia for Dupont USA) in the United States.
Recognizing an unexploited opportunity in the small diameter trenchless market, Mr. Manners employed his experience and extensive research and knowledge of the industry to develop a proprietary lateral pipe rehabilitation system to afford plumbers access to the industry. He began acting as a consultant to other companies on small diameter rehabilitation projects. Since its conception, the ongoing push in research and development ultimately positioned Nu Flow as an industry leader respected among its peers. Companies such as Tishman Interiors (New York City), U.S. Government Support Services, Toronto Transit Commission, and various water boards and city engineers throughout North America seek Nu Flow’s technology and expertise to solve serious problems with water infrastructure systems. Nu Flow’s contributions to the industry culminated in North America’s first, completely “no-dig” municipal licensee, The City of Toronto.
Mr. Manners is a visionary leader, a superb product development engineer and an effective, proven liaison between licensees and clients. He possesses the hands-on experience to lead the Nu Flow companies and seize future opportunities in a rapidly- expanding and evolving industry. His drive and commitment has resulted in many patentable and versatile products, and will continue to produce from the benefit of continued research and development.
